A linear integer or mixed program prove it self difficult to solve when the associated polyedra is somewhat "flat" and presents some irregularities. We propose here an ap proach which tends to regularize this polyedra through a change of variables which is based upon an utilization of the Hermite Normal Form. This change of variable makes appear in a straigth forward way a potential solution of the program and a cut-set in the case this potential solution is not feasible. We deduce from this several algorithms, which work by successive cuts, by branch and bound or by Benders decomposition, we check their convergence and we test their practical efficiency.
